About My Integrative Chiropractic Journey

Meet Dr. Becca Roush, integrative chiropractor in Scottsdale, Arizona, founder of Valley Integrative Chiropractic
Dr. Becca Roush

Hi, I'm Dr. Becca Roush, and I'm so glad you've found your way here. I've lived in nine states across the U.S., but Arizona finally feels like home - and I'm here to stay! Before becoming a chiropractor, I studied psychology at Liberty University in Virginia. I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Georgia, but my real education began long before that - when I became the patient.

In my 20s, I struggled with mysterious, debilitating symptoms. Despite countless lab tests and doctor visits, everything came back "normal." I knew I didn't feel normal. After six years of searching, I found an Applied Kinesiology chiropractor who changed everything. Dr. Springer tested my muscles, used acupressure points, and guided me to targeted supplements and simple lifestyle shifts. Within weeks, I felt better than I had in years - and eventually, I felt whole again. That experience sparked a calling in me: I wanted to help others find answers when conventional routes came up short.

I opened Valley Integrative Chiropractic because I believe people deserve personalized, whole-person care. I was given a lifeline, and I want to offer the same to others. The name of the practice reflects that belief: sometimes we find ourselves in a valley. But with the right guide and a truly integrative approach, a valley can become the starting point for real transformation. When I'm not in the office, I'm usually out exploring with my sweet, supportive husband, Mark - we love local day trips, concerts, board games, hiking, biking, and relaxing by the pool with a good mystery novel.

Techniques:

Dr. Becca has pursued extensive training in a variety of techniques that explore the root causes of dysfunction. No matter the method, they all focus on uncovering interference in the body's ability to regulate and heal - what chiropractors call "subluxation."

These interferences can come from three major areas:

  1. Traumas - to the body, whether big (like falls or injuries) or small (like sitting at a desk all day);

  2. Toxins, including dietary, chemical, or metabolic stressors;

  3. and Thoughts - the emotional stress that can quietly disrupt how your nervous system functions.

Is This the Right Place for You?

Most of the people who find their way here are already on a health journey. You may eat well, supplement thoughtfully, exercise, and practice self-care. You've tried to do everything "right," but something still doesn't feel quite right. And you're tired of chasing symptoms without understanding the bigger picture.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone - and you're not broken. You're just ready for a deeper conversation. At Valley Integrative Chiropractic, you won't be reduced to a diagnosis or squeezed into a protocol. Instead, we'll take time to explore your story, listen to your body's signals, and gently uncover what might be holding you back. Together, we'll look at how stress - whether physical, chemical, emotional - might be interfering with your body's ability to adapt and thrive. Then, we'll create a plan that meets you right where you are.

You're not looking for a quick fix. You're looking for clarity, direction, and someone to walk with you. That's what we offer.

A new path is here.
