Do you accept insurance? We are not contracted with insurance companies. To be reimbursed by insurance, we would need to follow their treatment model—focusing on short visits, covering only spinal adjustments, and often ignoring the bigger picture of your health. That’s just not how we work. We take the time to address structure, chemistry, and emotions to truly get to the root of your symptoms. If your plan includes out-of-network chiropractic care, we’re happy to provide a superbill for you to submit on your own.
-
Do I need a referral to see you?Not at all. Chiropractic physicians are considered primary care providers in Arizona and most other states, so you don’t need a referral. If you’re working with another chiropractor or healthcare provider, we’re happy to collaborate and focus on services that complement your existing care.

What kind of care do you offer? At Valley Integrative Chiropractic, we offer care that looks at the whole person—structure, chemistry, and emotional health all influence how your body functions. Each visit is tailored to what your body is prioritizing that day, using tools like gentle adjusting techniques, muscle testing, and neurological assessments. This approach allows us to support your health in a way that’s both comprehensive and personalized.
-
Who do you see in your office? We welcome people of all ages—from infants just days old to elders in their 90s and beyond. If you have a spine and a nervous system, you’re a good fit here. Whether you’re navigating a specific health challenge or simply want to stay ahead of the curve, our care is personalized to your goals.
-
Will I get “cracked” during my visit?Maybe—but maybe not! Some people love the “pop,” others prefer gentler options. We use a variety of techniques, including very light-force methods like Torque Release Technique and muscle testing. We use the technique that's most appropriate for your body and comfort level, and you’ll always know what to expect.
-
How often will I need to come in?That depends on your goals, how your body responds to care, and the current stress load you experience. Some people benefit from a short, focused period of frequent visits; others see us less often for maintenance or wellness. We’ll make those decisions together as we go.
-
Do I have to keep going forever?Nope. There are no long-term contracts here, and your care plain is always your choice. While many of our patients choose to continue care because they feel and function better with it, you’re always in the driver’s seat. We’re here when you need us.
-
What kind of results can I expect, and when? That’s different for everyone. Some people feel better right away, especially if there’s a structural imbalance we can quickly correct. Others may take time as we unravel deeper layers of chemical, emotional, or neurological stress. We track progress and adapt your care accordingly.

What should I wear to my visit?Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are ideal—especially if we’re doing muscle testing or working with acupuncture-style points. Think “yoga clothes” or “weekend errands,” not business casual.
