Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Deposit Policies
At Valley Integrative Chiropractic, each appointment time is reserved just for you. Because we work closely with a limited number of patients and offer highly personalized care, your commitment to keeping appointments helps ensure you receive the best results and allows others the opportunity to be seen. At Valley Integrative Chiropractic (VIC), we value your time and strive to provide attentive, personalized care to every patient. To honor this commitment and maintain fairness for all, we have the following policy in place:
Cancellation & Rescheduling

48 business hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Please be mindful that in order to serve our clients better, VIC business hours are Tuesday-Saturday.

Late cancellations (less than 48 business hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.

No-shows (missed without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.

We recognize that unexpected situations occur, but to remain fair and consistent, this policy is applied universally. At our discretion, a one-time courtesy waiver may occasionally be extended.

Because your care requires active participation, missed appointments without notice (no-call, no-show) may result in dismissal from the practice. We are committed to prioritizing patients who consistently prioritize their health.
New Patient Deposit Requirement

A deposit equal to the first visit fee is required at the time of booking a New Patient Appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your visit fee.

If you cancel or reschedule your new patient appointment with less than 48 business hours’ notice, the deposit will be non-refundable. In order to serve our clients better, VIC business hours are Tuesday-Saturday.
