🅿️ Free parking is available in the lots adjacent to the building (east lots are closest) and not marked reserved or with a number.
Finding Our Office:
Valley Integrative Chiropractic is located inside Desert PT and Pelvic Health in Suite 261, on the second floor of Building 5040 at Paradise Valley Plaza.
📍 The plaza is on the north side of Shea Blvd, with entrances from both Shea Blvd and 50th Street North.
🚗 For easiest access, park in the east-side lots (noted in red on the map). Building 5040 is the building closest to Shea Blvd (in the front).
🛗 Look for the central elevator located near the drive-thru breezeway. There are also three staircases leading to the second floor.
🧭 Our suite is inside Desert PT and Pelvic Health, though Valley Integrative Chiropractic is also listed on the door.
We are located two doors down from Next Level Physical Therapy, which has a sign visible from Shea Blvd. and its own designated parking spots.
